U.S. Domestic Shipping and Taxes
We charge taxes only on shipments to addresses within the state of Florida. If you are a tax-exempt organization or individual in Florida, indicate that in the order form, and email proof of your exempt status and we will refund the taxes to you within 30 days.
To simplify matters, for all U.S. purchases, our shipping charges are:
- $5.00 if it can fit in a large envelope (up to 6 discs, 1 book, and 1 piece of apparel).
- $10.00 if it can fit in a 11" X 8.5" X 5.5" box.
- Otherwise we will contact you and offer you choices.
If you want a particular shipping method, indicate that in the message box in the order form when checking out. We will charge you $3 plus the actual shipping charges.
For your information, here is a table of some of the shipping choices available in the U.S.
Note that USPS is the only choice for delivery to PO boxes, prisons, and U.S. military bases (APO/FPO addresses), and is the cheapest choice for non-continental USA (Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories).
Both FedEx and UPS will apply an extra delivery surcharge on some residential deliveries, of around $2.

International Shipping and Taxes
We do not charge duty (tariff) or taxes (such as VAT) to international customers. International customers will have to pay those charges upon receipt of the package. In most countries, duty fees generally do not apply to the kinds of products we sell. However, you will likely have to pay VAT or other tax when you receive the package.
We will confirm with you by email prior to any international shipment -- both the charges and the shipping method.
Note that ground shipping is often not economical when shipping to Canada from the U.S., due to extra customs brokerage fees.
