product image An African Nightmare (The American Dream).
Artist: Binga
Produced by: Binga

In this song, kicked off with a statement from a sellout negro sounding interestingly similar to Barack Obama, Binga exposes the truth of America's relationship to the rest of the world. The chorus states "When America dreams it's an African Nightmare/ stolen goods like gold, diamonds, coltan right here/ slavery and misery's my family's plight here/ when America dreams its an African nightmare." product image Where You At?
Artist: Binga and TriggaN.A.M.
Produced by C-Los

The song demands an answer to the question "Where You At?" as African people are getting organized to fight for freedom. Binga begins telling the story of how he got into the struggle and what it will take to complete it. Diop follows up with his verse "You can find me/ in Southeast DC/ Five minutes away from where George Bush and them stay/ where they equip young Africans with AKs/ and C-R-A-C-K/ to commit violence horizontally/ but ironically, we bust back through philosophy." The C-Los laced track paints a serious picture with its insistent strings, horn blasts and piano that makes you eagerly anticipate what's about to happen and want to ask yourself, where are you at?
